About Schnitz Menu Australia — Who We Are and How We Check Our Figures
An independent reference guide to the Schnitz Australia menu. Not affiliated with Schnitz. Every figure on this site is traceable to a source, and where a figure is not published we say so.
Schnitz Menu Australia is an independent, reader-facing guide to the Schnitz menu in Australia. It exists because there is a real gap: Schnitz publishes detailed nutrition and allergen data but does not publish prices, and the third-party sites that do publish prices are typically years out of date, missing nutrition entirely, or both.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Schnitz International Pty Ltd. We do not take payment from Schnitz, and we do not sell food. This site makes no money from anything you order.
Where our figures come from
Every number on this site comes from one of four places, and each page lists which ones it used.

The five rules we hold ourselves to
- We never invent a number. If a price or energy figure has not been published anywhere we can point to, the cell stays blank and is marked as not published. A guess that looks like data is worse than no data.
- Every price is marked approximate. Schnitz stores set their own prices and delivery menus run 25–35% higher than in store. A single exact figure would be wrong for most readers, so we give the ballpark and explain the spread.
- Every page carries a review month, not just a year. ‘2026’ on its own tells you nothing about freshness.
- We show our working. Where a figure is derived — what the chips add, what the Parma topping adds — we show the subtraction it came from.
- We write everything ourselves. Facts like prices and kilojoules are reproduced, as facts must be. The words around them are original.
How often this site is updated
Prices and menu items are re-checked against the official Schnitz menu and current price listings every month, and the review date at the top of each page is updated when that happens. Allergen tables are re-checked whenever Schnitz issues a new version of its allergen document — the current tables reflect Issue February 2026.
If Schnitz adds, removes or renames items, or moves to a new delivery arrangement, the affected pages are rewritten rather than patched.
What this site cannot tell you
Being clear about limits is part of being useful.
We cannot give you your store's exact price. Stores set prices individually. We can give you the range and tell you which channel it applies to.
We cannot clear a dish for an allergy. We reproduce Schnitz's published allergen data accurately, but Schnitz itself states it cannot guarantee allergen free products because of trace allergens in the working environment. Cross-contact is a store-level question and always needs a conversation with staff.
We cannot publish macronutrients. Schnitz publishes energy but not protein, fat, carbohydrate or sodium. Figures circulating on third-party calorie apps are largely archived entries that disagree with the current published energy values, so we do not reproduce them.
We cannot publish reliable trading hours. Hours are set per store and shopping centre stores follow centre hours. A national hours table would be wrong somewhere the day it was written.
How this site is funded
This site is funded by advertising. Advertising has no influence on what we publish: we do not accept payment to feature an item, we do not adjust prices or nutrition figures for any commercial reason, and Schnitz has no involvement in or oversight of anything here.
Where we link to Schnitz or to a delivery platform, we do so because it is the correct place to send you for a live price or a current store listing.
Found something wrong?
Corrections are welcome and we act on them. If a price has moved, an item has been discontinued, or a figure here does not match what you were charged, tell us through the contact page — including the store and the date helps enormously, because it lets us work out whether it is a store difference, a channel difference or an out-of-date figure on our side.
